Delivery ETA
Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location.

We deliver products Australia-wide and ship to New Zealand only at this stage.

Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping to New Zealand is sent via Airmail through Australia Post and is estimated to take between 7-20 business days. Please note we do not send to PO boxes or locker boxes.

We also offer local delivery in Perth (Butler to Mandurah), which is 1-2 business days.

*Most parcels are arriving in a timely fashion, but delays may be experienced due to Covid19 and high volumes of parcel traffic. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Buyer obligations/responsibilities
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to an incorrect address.

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing hello@lanewaydesignstudio.com.au. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and keep you posted.

Sustainable packaging
We are currently trialling new sustainable packaging for online orders. You may receive your order packed with new recycled materials inside the box or satchel.
